2) Get Python SmartStart installed in your car
To make full use of the powerful Directed SmartStart App, you need to have the Python SmartStart hardware and a compatible Python system installed in your car. There are a couple of options:
Purchase a Python SmartStart Module and combine it with a compatible Python system (new or already installed).
OR
Purchase a complete Python SmartStart System.
3) Set up your Python SmartStart account
Your Python SmartStart hardware is an "always-on" connected device that communicates over the GSM network. Just like a cell phone, your Python SmartStart requires a service plan to communicate over the network. You can purchase a service plan from MySmartStart.com.
After you have Python SmartStart installed in your car by an Authorized Python Dealer, you will receive an email with login instructions for MySmartStart.com.
